José E. Rodríguez
José E. Rodríguez studied Computer Science at the University of Havana in Cuba.
Through out his professional career, with more than 10 years of experience in software development applied to sectors like: tourism, security, logistics and online marketing, he has incorporated to his repertoire of skills and tools, agile methodologies. Among his experiences, stand out the use of XP, KANBAN and SCRUM, of which he holds various certifications from the Scrum Alliance (CSM, CSPO, CSD)
He collaborates as guest lecturer and teacher in masters programmes of universities like the Design College of Barcelona (BAU), the Ramón Llull University (laSalle) and mentorship programs in bootcamps like Ironhack
His passion for learning and continuous improvement took him in 2013 to become an entrepreneur and launch a financing platform for social projects, where he applied new ways to develop business ideas like: Customer Development and Lean Startup.
As a consultant he has helped entrepreneurs and organizations to familiarize with this innovative frameworks.
He currently acts as a consultant, agile coach and trainer in various organizations and participates actively during his free time in the Agile Barcelona community, Toastmasters International and the Software Craftsmanship Barcelona community of which he is a co-founder.
