WHO WE ARE
I studied Computer Science at the University of Havana and for more than 10 years I've worked in the software development industry. My interest in agile methodologies started me on the path to helping organizations reinvent themselves in order to reach their goals.
I've worked in sectors like security, logistics, online marketing, banking and hold various certifications from the Scrum Alliance (CSPO, CSM, CSD) as well as having years of experience with Kanban and XP. In 2013 I co-founded Socialfundit, a startup focusing on helping NGOs finance their social projects.
I've collaborated as a guest speaker and lecturer in Masters from the Centro Universitario de Diseño de Barcelona (BAU), the Ramón Llull University (La Salle) and in mentoring and bootcamp programmes like Ironhack. I love epic fantasy and role playing games like Dungeons and Dragons.

I was born and studied in Buenos Aires (Argentina) where i finished my studies in Business Administration. I started my profesional career working in the procurement department at BASF. Afterward I moved to Nuremberg to continue my studies and I worked in the finance division at Siemens. Then, I started working at Pepsico where I worked in management control and finances divisions for Argentina and Europe.
All these experiencies gave me a broad and global overview of companies and aroused my interest in transformational processes and people coaching during these changes. For this reason I decided in 2017 to study a postgraduate course in Executive and Personal Coaching at the Barcelona School of Management (Pompeu Fabra University). Since that moment I've worked as an organizational consultant for transformational changes and as people and teams' coach during these processess. I love sports, nature and escaping on weekends to explore new places.

I am an educational psychologist and journalist, although my true vocation has always been gardening. I started my professional career in traditional media, but it has been more than fifteen years now that I work as a project manager in e-commerce, communication and digital marketing.
I was fortunate enough to go through a process of internal transformation in one of the companies I worked for some time ago. This allowed me to understand the huge potential every team displays in order to improve outcomes. I strongly believe in co-working and collaborative endeavour, and that by adding individual efforts on top of each other people can succeed in pretty much everything they want.
Some of the companies I have worked for are: Saatchi & Saatchi BCN, Spanair, La Vanguardia, MC Ediciones y Catalunya Rádio. I absolutely love summer, the beach, and everything about planes, and a good evening just reading or at the cinema in winter… or in front of the fireplace at my house in the country.
Born in the US, I studied sociology and pursued a career in finance, acquiring the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. After working in finance in New York, I decided to travel and landed in Barcelona, where I continued developing my career at Garal Group, a corporate finance advisor. Over the years, I have advised a companies in the areas of strategy, finance, technology and business development.
Passionate about learning, I'm excited about forming a part of a team that is working to make a positive impact on people, organizations and society itself.
In my free moments, I try to squeeze in a yoga class, bike ride or visit to an art gallery. I’m fluent in Spanish and conversational in French and Catalan.

Marta graduated in advertising and PR. These years have helped me to see that design and creativity help me to grow and to enjoy my work. I seek to translate my ideas anywhere I can and I don’t expect inspiration to wake me, but I track everything that interests me and that could have a “Like” button. I see illustration as a mode of expression and desire to learn everything as a daily routine.
My biggest motivation is to work on projects related to the world of design, music, as well as to continue educating myself and experimenting to create my personal project in the future. Currently I live/work/study and discover cool things in the city of Barcelona.
